All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Shenzhen, China via reliable express carriers. Delivery times include customs clearance and local postal handling in the USA.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. To modify or cancel an order, please contact us immediately via email. Once the order is shipped, address changes cannot be accommodated.

Missing, Lost, or Damaged Shipments

If an order is lost, damaged, or stuck at customs, please contact our support team at service@nexaeris.com to arrange a replacement or refund. Note: Replacement or refund for damage during shipping is covered by us; if returned due to incorrect customer address, reshipping is at customer expense.
